Game On! Sports Inc

HOW IT WORKS:
Beginning with Week 2 (Apr ?? 2012), each week you will have the opportunity to complete an online form in which you pick a winner for thirteen (13) the Game On! Sports football games to be played that week.

At the end of the season, the contestant who has selected the most games correctly, will win.  In the case of a tie those contestants will be entered into a random drawing to determine the winner.

Entries will be accepted up to 9:00am EST of game day.  Any entries received after 9:00am EST will be discarded.

The online form is the official entry form.  All other forms of entry (in person, US mail, email, text message, etc) will be discarded.

Scores are cumulative throughout the season.  Therefore, the more weeks you play, the better your chance of winning.

The contest is open to all adults over the age of 18.  You do not have to be a member of a Game On! Sports team to participate in this contest.  Only one weekly entry per person is allowed.  If multiple entries are received, the last entry submitted will be the one counted.

Throughout the season, the results will be posted on a leader board.

NOTE:
If a particular game or games are not played as scheduled, their corresponding selections will not be counted in the contest.  The game may appear on a future entry form, if it is rescheduled.

The following games were removed from the 2011-04 contest after the entry forms were posted:

• Week 3 - Game 7 - Game, between Buffalo Stunners and Hail Mary, ended in a tie
• Week 10 - Game 2 - Game between Goin Deep and Buffalo Barracudas was not played
• Week 10 - Game 4 - Game between Hung Buffalo and Saturday Morning Fever was not played
